In Case You Missed It: Stacy Westfall on the Ellen Show

Stacy Westfall, the phenomenal horsewoman whose bridleless, no-saddle reining video's been sent around the world and back, appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres TV show a couple weeks back. She brought her champion reining freestyle mare, Roxy, into the studio, and let Ellen take a spin on her, too-literally.

I saw it. She's going to be at the Midwest Horse Fair and Steve and I are going. Getting to see Stacey Westfall is one of my goals for that day! Can't wait!

Thanks for rounding up all of those links about Stacy Westfall. I've been reading alot about her lately and she seems like a great person as well as a great trainer/rider.

I've been lucky to get my hands on 2007 issues of H&R and have been reading her monthly pieces on starting a young horse - very well done!

I heard Stacy will be doing her bareback/bridleless ride during the Pfizer Fantasia at Equine Affaire in Columbus, Ohio, next week, too. I'm hoping to scrounge up a ticket one night for it!

I was one of the many thousand people to be introduced to Stacy and Roxie by watching her unbelievable "Live Like You Were Dyin" run from an email I recieved. From that moment on I was hooked. I cannot get enough of her! I am learning more and more about her and her training techiques and sucsess as well as the reining discipline in general. I was fortunate enough to watch a one of her clinics at the Equine Affaire and got to meet her in person afterwards and have her sign a copy of her bridless DVD! Stacy has incfluenced me so much to try harder and work on new techniques with my Quarter Horse at home. You are amazing Stacy - thanks so much! :)
