BLM's Nevada Wild Horse Roundup Set for Monday; Federal Judge Declines to Stop the Calico Gather
by Fran Jurga | 24 December 2009 | The Jurga Report at Equisearch.com
A lawsuit filed to stop the planned roundup more than 3000 of Nevada's wild horses this winter has not succeeded in a federal court in Washington D.C. The New York Times is reporting this morning that the so-called Calico Roundup is scheduled to begin on Monday, as planned.
However, according to an article posted on the Animal Law Coalition web site, the judge advised against the roundup, but failed to legally stop it.
Wild horse advocates will now turn their pressure on the White House, and attempt to convince President Obama to directly intercede.

THE BLM sucks
Secretary of Interior in NV is a cattle rancher. Kenneth Salazar. By a miracle, funds are now available for another roundup and coincidentally release of cattle.
Listen to CoasttoCoast's Sunday show hosted by George Knapp.
THESE WILD HORSE'S HAVE BEEN SURVIVING ON PUBLIC LANDS FOR TOO MANY YEARS TO COUNT. YES THE WINTER'S ARE HARSH, BUT LETS REMOVE MORE HORSE'S SO RANCHERS CAN GRAZE DOMESTICATED CATTLE. WHO'S OVERUSING WHAT?
What gives someone the right to the land, MONEY.
People that call themselves Conservatives are the clueless foot soldiers of the Corporate sponsored Media.
They miss the point of commerce regulation making free markets and fair competition for everyone, with deregulation where individual greed legalizes fraud and the pillage of Main Street.
Main Stream Media dumbing us down with pretty blond skirts and piles of beautiful talking heads.
Gold TV commericals up 1000%.
